What’s your favourite vegan breakfast to start the day ☀️

homemade organic wholegrain malthouse and spelt toast or proper sourdough toasted with peanut butter , marmite or homemade marmalade -yum yum!

i dont make the sourdough -its a bit too much of a faff I think! plus I know I would get sick of keeping the starter going :)

What a great poll Ali, Breakfast is the one that I always struggle with so normally end up just having GF porridge or cardboard tasting GF cereal, although If i have the time I will have roasted tomatos, rosemary and onion Vegan Sausages with advocado and spinach 😋

Workdays is cereals topped with nuts and seeds and oat milk.

On my day off I like a sliced avocado on toast topped with mixed seeds and balsamic glaze.

Weekends I sometimes have a roll with vegan sausages and portobello mushroom and maybe tomato with brown sauce.

Hi Ali, it has to be porridge for me with nuts and seeds - yummy 😋

I really struggled with breakfast but now this is what I make for me and my partner.

Oats

Dairy-free milk (anything that's in the fridge)

Ground cinnamon

Chia seeds

Vanilla extract

Sliced banana (I mash them in as they're cooking)

Frozen blueberries

Cook on the stove for 5 minutes or until you get the texture you want and voila! Delicious, filling, healthy breakfast.

That sounds like a very nutritionally healthy filling breakfast. I would like that too 😋

Usually cereal like bran flakes or porridge, always topped with 3 pecans, 3 Brazil's, blueberries and strawberries, chia seeds. Read somewhere that pecans are a good antioxidant for the brain and brazil nuts are good for mood lifting. 🙂
