I’ve seen a lot of posts about turmeric the last few months. I have been taking capsules for a month now and I have noticed a big difference and started to lose weight. There’s a video I checked out that describes the benefits if anyone is interested.

Hi I have also been taking Turmeric, after I asked the consultant I am seeing, as my arms and hips were really painful even in bed ...I have been taking them for 2months and I have found them to help, the company is AUTOIMMUNE INSTITUTE...TABLETS ARE CALLED ADVANCED TURMERIC WITH BIOPERINE.

It depends reallly I have bought cheaper options before but doesn’t seem to be as good it really is a me of those “you get what you pay for” kind of thing.

Have a look at this it’s where I got it from a little pricey but I definitely feel really good.

I get capsules as it’s just an easy convienient way (call me lazy) but so far so good!

You probably can find something from the UK I only got it from the states as I was recommended it from a couple of friends one who works in the supplement business.
