It will be 3 visits per patient (baseline, 12 week follow up and 24 week follow up) at 52 weeks everyone will be sent questionnaires in the post.
Additionally, For any patients who then get put into the intervention arm, they will need to attend 1 weekly exercise session for 8 weeks, after that they will have 4 weeks of health telephone coaching, these calls will last 15-20 minutes. We have a 50 patient target so 25 pf these patients will be put into the intervention arm. Any others will receive usual care and just have to attend the above 3 visits.
