Aggravated 😪

Hi everyone!

Just signed up and wanted to know, if anyone here has really bad environmental allergies? Including, pollen, mold, dust mits, grass, i can just go on and on.

I have them so bad that it aggravate my sinus and asthma. I just don't know what to do anymore. 😩

Hi Oreyes & welcome to the group! Sorry to hear abt ur environmental allergies, but I cn certainly relate. My allergy issues started early childhood mainly spring & summer (lived in MD), but now 50 yrs later (Central TX) they last ALL year long & esp bad ref Ragweed & Mountain cedar seasons.

I highly suggest u find a good allergy clininc & get Allergy Tested. Its bn a life saver for me. My allergies kept me frm functioning at work, home, poor sleep and I ws literally exhausted frm the constant sneezing & throat clearing, etc. I discovered Im allergic to a litany of things so much that I get 2 shots😳

My dr recommend I still take zertec & a nasal decongestant but I cn easily go more thn a month symptom free. Sure hope u get some allergy relief & feel better☺️

I have allergic asthma too! The Pulmonologist told me to buy a heap filter for my house, especially my bedroom. It is suppose to be delivered today. Looking forward to a dust free house!

How is the the Heap Filter working for you?

Hope you are feeling better. Please let me know how it works for you because I've had, humidifiers, air purifiers and still miserable

The hepa filter is great! I have bought many filters through the years but this is is by far the best. It is called AIRDOCTOR. I researched hepa filters for about 2 months. I saw this one on fb advertised and recommended by a Dr Hyman. I researched the machine and called the company with some additional questions.

The machine was listed at $600 but if you mention the dr and fb then it is $300. I ordered the machine and it was delivered in about two weeks. It hasn't been turned off since! I use a nebulizer 2X daily and it kicks on even when I'm taking a treatment. I use a pump bottle of hairspray and when I spray lightly it turns on higher to release the smell. It is awesome.

It is excellent with dust and tells you when to change or clean filters

I did not want to spend that much money on a filter but it is certainly worth the money.

Thanks for replying, and yes I have been tested many times I repeat the testing every 2 years I get 2 shots every 2 weeks. I sue 2 different nose sprays one in the morning and one at night but i'm noticing that just about anything aggravates my allergies which is annoying because sometime I can't identify where is coming from UGH! Might have to go for a second opinion and further testings.

So sorry to hear about your allergies issue. Hope you are feeling better.

Is nice to have someone that understands cause a lot of people tell me oh yea I get really bad seasonal allergies, excuse me? that's just seasonal. Nobody that has all year around allergies and asthma along with it, does not understand. my next favorite question is "you still sick"? UGH!

LOL nobody understands us but we have this group thank GOD.
