Help me lower my blood sugar

Hi there.. I'm newly diagnosed.. my blood sugar is 302 right now.. it's been anywhere from 1:35 to 180 on a consistent basis... any suggestions please!

Regularly practice kapalbathi and anulom vilom for 15 minutes each and as long as you do this your diabetes is in control for sure. Try it. It will take 2 to 3 months to stabilize and after that dont leave it and practice regularly and you will see wonders

Drink water and more water, if level is over 250 doctor may need to do IV.
