Hello everyone. My Name is Petra. I was told 2 years ago I had hypoglycemia. I now was told I might have diabetes. That my hypoglycemia has turned into diabetes. My sugar drops every 3 hours , I had a gastric bypass in 2014, had high blood pressure, but now I'm severe anemic and low blood sugar. I was just tested for diabetes friday. And I feel full so idk what to do about keeping my sugar up. I take glucose tabletsto help. One time it dropped to 30. I ended up in the hospital, then finally went up to 86. Someone please help with any information.

Make bread prepared with millets twice perday with generous sprinkling of sesame seeds , melon seeds , pumpkinseeds and cashews . Have one guava , one orange , one gooseberry ,one plantain per day . Stay as close as possible to products available in nature and avoid food supplements , vitamins and tonics .

I had a gastric bypass in 2014. I was told to stay away from seeds, since my new stomach can't proses food. I will do the guava and orange, and plantain. I have to take vitamins daily do to my gastric bypass. I feel like , I can't eat certain things do to gastric bypass but need them for my sugar intake. Gastric bypass doctor says I can't eat more then 6 gram of sugar because I will get dumping sindrome. So I'm damned if I do and damned if I dont.

You can go for grapefruit , jack fruit , amalaki , blueberrires with out the fear of high glycemic index levels. If allowed make a powder of seasame seedsand mix it with bread flour with which you make bread.Go for mixed gr ain pancake with millets ,sourghum whole wheat , chik peas etc .when made in to a fine flour it should not be a problem.

Ask the doctor whether you can take two to three tablespoon fuls of pure honey . Honey has many nutrients which ordinary sugar does not possess . Very safely honey can be taken where the problem of high sugar spike is not present.Dates , honey are rich sources of ,magneseum , phosphorous iron AND MANY OTHER NUTRIENTS .
