Brain tumour giloma

Hi how do you get on drug trials? My mum has a brain tumour and has been told she only has 4_6 months. Within a week of being told she was paralysed down one side. I'm so desperate to find a miracle. I can't imagion life without my mum. Any one goung through this any advice much appreciated. Thanks in advance x

You have to be more specific (what kind of "brain tumor") to get any real help. Better that you go onto a UK website than a USA website, and Better that you go to a nerve related chat group than a prostate group.

But you can ask here. Just that you should find something that is more suitable for what you hope to achieve. OR look at the Royal Marsden Hospital.

Or do you plan to come to the USA for treatment? OR just want to know what would be done in the USA in that case? Probably some sort of immune therapy for the brain (wild guess) might be the best tolerated, or mitoxantrone.

I am not a doctor or any kind of reliable person for what your situation is.

Hi thank you for your reply. Sadly were running out of time. We were told yesterday she only has a couple of days. She has been sleeping for around 48 hrs only waking for sips of water. The only positive thing is she is in no pain and is peacefull. Thank you again x
