Hi there - sounds like it'd be good for you to get food triggers sorted out using an elimination diet, food lists and best with the help of a nutritionist...

For heat, burning and sweating I treat myself with cold water, even cold showers. Cold pads I don't tolerate well, but others do.

Hope you get a handle on it all soon!

Yes, sorry I'm the only one answering. It's not you though, it's just very quiet here. -

My only post 5 months ago was answered by one person.

Yes, I'm curious what Guy's say.

Not quite sure what you mean. The fibromyalgia forum here on healthunlocked has been extremely lively for years and mast cell forums elsewhere can be fairly lively too, and there's lots of ideas exchanged there. Also forum participation can change considerably over time everywhere, so maybe this one will get going some time. We need more people like you who ask questions, so thanks for that! :-)

Nope, you're doing everything perfectly OK.

Good of you to continue asking questions undaunted!

Hopefully your visit to Guys will have given you lots of information and support. They are the specialists so you are in the right place. I have been given sodium cromoglycate which really helps with tummy symptoms. Hopefully they will start you on something to ease that. It doesn’t fix it for me completely but definitely helps a lot
