Weird nights

I have been having the weirdest nights. I don't normally have problems sleeping but the last few nights, I have been struggling. I had a 'tossing and turning' tic which made me turn onto the other side regardless of which side I wanted to lie on. I kept having a massive convulsive one which made my eyes roll back, my neck extend, my arms crush into my chest and my back arch. It only lasted a second each time... weiiird....

The weirdest thing though was definitely this morning when I woke up without my pyjama top on. I was only in my vest! Somehow during the night, I had managed to strip it off and carefully squash it under my teddy bears! I have been having a lot of strange dreams/nightmares so that might have something to do with it. It's very frustrating though because although I have technically been asleep for over 8 hours, I still feel ridiculously tired :(
