salbutamol and hands
hi everyone, I use Fostair and salbutamol, alongside
tiotropium
. My hands have been so shaky and sore since flare up which was in November. This makes my hands hard to use and very painful. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to support the pain and shakiness?

Any advice?
Stopped the mucadene and reduced
tiotropium
intake to just when not well or peak flow dipped. Sept 2022 it all kicked off again: two weeks of pred and doxycylcline to kick a chest infection. Dec 2022, same again and took about a month to get over.

Trimbow eligibility??
has been Atrovent or Spiriva, essentially depending how I’m feeling 😂 I’m 24 lol I wanted my medication to look cool when I was a bit younger, what can I say 🤷♂️ So even though I don’t have a diagnosis, I have been consistently on an ICS, LABA, and LAMA (fluticasone, salmeterol, and ipratropium/

Seeking help
Usually fairly well controlled on Fostair, Qvar and
Tiotropium
. However, woken up wheezy/coughing last 4 nights, and had a few attacks during the daytime. Increased inhalers as per plan, and using spacer for salbutamol but want some advice on what to do over the bank holiday weekend.

Spiriva unavailable.
I was offered an alternative called Tiogiva which I have never heard of but, on Googling, appears to contain the same amount of
tiotropium
bromide as Spiriva capsules. Has anyone used Tiogiva? Can Boots just supply alternative without GP say-so? Thanks for reading.

Add on drugs that are usually prescribed by a consultant part 1 (LAMAs, add-on inhalers, theo)
Tiotropium
is a preventer drug, not a reliever! However ipratropium (atrovent) which is the same class as
tiotropium
can be used as a reliever, however you shouldn’t use
tiotropium
and ipratropium at the same time.

Asthma worse but no
I currently take fostair 200/6 2 puffs twice a day,
Tiotropium
bromide 2 puffs once a day, Fexofenadine 180mg twice a day and ompeprezole 40mg. My asthma had been well controlled for about 4mths until yesterday morning. I woke up and my chest just felt off, I could feel an intermittent wheeze.

Anyone else on
Tiotropium
- Braitus (via a Zonda inhaler) have been on this just 2 weeks and feel absolutely brilliant - was a bit dubious at first due to listed side effects but am really glad I was finally prescribed it.

Covid Vaccine - Am I Group 4 or Group 6
I am on Spiriva (
tiotropium
), Symbicort 200/6 x 6 puffs daily and Montekulast. I have had 3 courses of prednisolone this year and my asthma still isn't well controlled. I am due back to work soon and feel consumed with anxiety at the prospect while the virus is still circulating.

Sensitive teeth, Tiotropium?
I started using
Tiotropium
/ Spiriva about 6 months ago and I'm now wondering if it's a side effect of that?

Baffled not sure what to think? Is it asthma or not?
So post hospital D/C where I was for 5 days relvar changed to fostair 200/6
tiotropium
, avyms, loratadine 10mg, Piriton 12mg a day prednisolone now 15mg (fluctuates between 10mg- 40mg since jan)as it's part of the problem and I need to come off it - agreed 🙂 so I asked for the plan of coming off?
