Just an update on my NAX and NT experiences...

Heres my current Nutri Adrenal Extra and Nutri Thyroid feelings / symptoms...

NAX I built up to 3 a day over a month and found I had GOOD energy in the afternoons.

Then I started NT at 1 day which made me feel very jittery and hyper a few hours later, not panic attacky but a bit 'wired'.

I went down to 2 NAX and built the NT from 1/2 a day to the current 1 2/3's a day.

I dont half feel weird. Its a bit like having way too much energy but my body doesnt know how to deal with it and I feel tired but NOT breathless. I went for a long walk yesterday and not once did I feel out of breath but it took me ages to get a head up of steam and the second wind almost didnt come. Am not sure if it did!!

Will keep at it though as my basal body temp is generally SLIGHTLY higher, not by much though.

Adzie, it sounds like you are making progress. Do you have to be careful when you take your tablets? early, late, with food or without

I thought the NAX might not be good later in the day.

I take them all B4 2PM an I chew tablets....dont swallow them! NAX has never been a problem.

Thank you, adzie. I don't know if I could stomach chewing mine but I think I will add one more adrenal pill as long as I can do it before 2.
