Recommend a high quality multivit please? (must have Vit K)

I have malabsorption so would like a really high quality product that hopefully will be easier to absorb - must not contain gluten or mag stearate.

Recommendations would be appreciated

It might help people to answer if you told them which vitamin K you need to be in it.

Sorry - i don't know, the one that is recommended to support intestinal flora

Sorry but i don't know - whichever one supports intestinal flora?

I'm by no means an expert on vitamins, but I thought that vit K1 is mainly about blood clotting, and vit K2 about calcium and bone density. I'm not aware of either specifically 'supporting intestinal flora'. Can you point me at something about this please?

Biocare's Vyta- Min Complex is excellent

Thanks all - read it online in a piece about IBD, IBS, Crohns. Sorry but can't locate reference right now. It mentioned K being important

Checked out the Biocare product but it contains siberian ginseng which i need to avoid. I can't remember why (is it phyto oestrogenic?) but i know i must'nt have it so other suggestions would be welcome
