I had hemithyroidectomy in December for a hurthle cell adenoma.

My pre op TSH was 1.58 and it has now increased to 3.68 and my free thyroxine is 10.

My cholesterol has also increased to 6.1 and trygliceride 3.62. I have had a 10lb weight gain and am tired all the time.. Could I be Hypothyroid ?

yep. From my experience a TSH above 2 is too high and a free T4 of 10 is low.

Hi I would say yes, it does take a while to settle after the surgery but important to treat how you are now, irrespective of the surgery.Be sure to also test D levels and Ferritin etc.

Best wishes,

Jackie
