Can someone tell me how much a follow up consultation is with Dr. P

and how long appointment lasts

If you have had an initial consultation with Dr P, I don't think you pay for a telephone consultation.

He has just changed his charging and now charges £45 for a half hour telephone consultation.

You could write to him though and that costs nothing apparently.
