Really sorry, I've changed the poll slightly so will be deleting the current one and starting a new one. I've taken away depression and put in Pernicious Anaemia. If you don't have any of the conditions, please put a comment to this effect!

Hi Lyn

These polls are valuable and must produce a lot of useful information. I just wondered if at some point - not with this poll obviously - you might consider including 'Have you ever had a head injury?' as one of the questions. From the research it would appear that head injury lies behind many cases of secondary hypothyroidism and it would be interesting to know if this is borne out by a poll.
