Swollen lymph nodes nodules and a swollen thyroid with hashimotos disease

I just wanted to tag and post this for helping others. I asked a question a while back about the above, I went to the endo this week and he said it was all part of this condition. So swollen lymph nodes can sometime just be related to the condition s x

Just found out I have Hashimotos and often get swollen glands so I would say it is definitely related to the condition.

Yes, It certainly can be. Mine is very swollen with nodules. They cause a lot of symptoms for me. I needed Biopsy as routine, however medically not possible for me. it is the only way to be sure what is happening.

I also had swollen lymph nodes, under my chin(which felt like I'd been punched) and under my arms, both were dismissed by Gp's. I went away at the time, not knowing what was happening to me and very worried. Unfortunately this has been the case many times since, thanks for linking the two.
