A few general questions

I've heard/read a few things so just want to get some answers and opinions

Should I take my medication (erfa) at night rather than morning?

Should it be taken in staggered doses throughout the day?

Should I take my pill at a different time?

I am seeing Dr Skinner and will ask him before making any changes, just wondering what the general norm is!

I take one dose a day and it is much easier than splitting doses.
