Hashimotos - going through ups and downs. Should dosage change accordingly?

Looking likely that I have Hashimotos and I am having good days and bad days. Think this is also making my blood tests difficult to read. As you go up and down with this should your Levothyroxine dosage go up and down?

That might be a bit difficult to accomplish. Especially if your doctor only goes by TSH results because the TSH link is broken once you start taking replacement thyroid hormone and is unreliable. Plus the fact that the TSH always lags behind actual thyroid status.

What you should be aiming for is to get your TSH suppressed. Then you wouldn't go up and down at all. And you might still have a healthy gland left if they ever find a cure for this curse!
