The article does go on about lemon - and then seems to extend the basic idea to apply to all citrus fruit without evidence.

Those who are regular readers may remember that some citrus fruits are known to interact with a number of medicines - with sometimes important effects. These include grapefruit, its parent, the pomelo and possibly, very unfortunately in my view, the lime.

For those of us with fibromyalgia, lemon juice in water is fine but grated lemon rind is very high in oxalates which create toxins. Umm have to go back to the drawing board on that one.
