Dosage and effectiveness of Nutri thyroid!?

...I know its probably been asked many times but am just about to start on it (have been on NAX for 2 months with some good-ish results).

Am intending to start on 1/2 a day then 1 building up to 3 or 4 per day after a month or so (3 NAX per day at the mo).
