Why did I wake up feeling great after Cortisol Suppression Test?

I took my tablets for the cortisol suppression test on Wednesday night. Thursday morning I woke feeling the best I had in years! So Is this a good sign, does it mean my cortisol is running too high? They suspect me to have Cushings disease on top of my Hashi's/Hypo.

I had the same thing.

I took 2mg dexamethsone before going to bed and felt great throughout the whole next day.

I am waiting to hear my results but that endo is useless so who knows.

I don't know what my own cortisol is doing because last month my saliva level was too low and blood too high!

I had my saliva test done a fortnight ago because the endo requested it done 2 weeks apart from this suppression test. I don't know what the result from that was yet. My urine 24hr test was higher than it should be. so...who knows..But like you I felt great all day but last night and today back to normal :(
