Interesting article in the Daily Express (no not the Daily Mail this time Rod) which gives a simple explination on when the immune system goes wrong, the gut and how to go about fixing it.

This is what doctors should be doing, really, but not many of them know anything about nutrition or exercise.

It's an advertorial - an advert masquerading as an article. I think they are handing out generally sounds advice for good health (vitamin C and vegetables are good for you, stress is not), but am not convinced that they understand much about the immune system really.
