im confused can anyone help my gp is no good.

ive been hypo for nearly 4 years now im taking 100mg of lev every day but since summer my symptoms have changed.

my gp said my thyroid is fine has anyone else have these symptoms

i tanned in the summer went brown straight away which i never have tanned in my life always went red then white again i feel sick and i have been vomiting recently and also loose stools i am also very teary and very angry get very tired in the afternoons and very depressed, aches and pains and a twitchy knee cap thats driving me mad and hot and cold sweats everybody thinks i look well because of my colour but i feel terrible its like im banging my head on a brick wall now im thinking is it in my head any advice or am i really going mad.

The tanning is very concerning. This is a classic hallmark of adrenal insufficiency - the extreme form of which is Addisons. And many of the other things also strike a chord in that direction.

It is not uncommon for thyroid disease to be associated with adrenal issues but yours sounds to be much more serious than many such reports.

You must get to see someone who understands this asap. Do not delay.
