Increased levothyroxin from 75 mcg to 100 mcg , 5 weeks later & feeling worse than before - anxious, tearful, tired, horrible. Is this normal?

Am on 75 mcg 5 days a week, 100 mcg twice a week - any more than that and I get horrendous palpitations, yet TSH still over 5.

No it's not normal.

Are you taking Vit C and selenium to help you convert the storage hormone thyroxine (T4) to the active hormone T3 which your cells need?

If you've been hypothyroid for a long time then you probably have a weakened adrenal system and the extra t4 is stressing threm.

Nutri Adrenal Extra is good for adrenal probelms.
