Both levothyoxine (T4) & Liothyronine (T3) are synthetic form of thyroid hormone. Not a drug medication in that sense, but a replacement treatment.
Synthetic T3 can be initiated by NHS endocrinologist specialist, but can be very difficult for referral & agreement that you clinical need it.
Many go private or self source, & pay to self monitor regularly.
First you need to look at increasing Levo & T4 levels. Ensuring nutrients are optimal can greatly improve conversion to T3. You may not require additional T3 the majority do not & manage well on T4 alone.
Suppliers can not be discussed on forum but you may receive recommendations by Chat.
