Acne and thyroid issues

Hi, I have hypothyroidism that I am not able to manage because with 75mg one day and 100mg the other day I was at TSH equal to 4 and acne free. They put me on levothyroxine 100mg everyday and after 6 weeks I became with TSH equal to 0.2 and T4 super high; with these values I also get acne, expecially the first week of my period. I am trying to get pregnant so I think I need to stay with good level of my thyroid but at the moment I am not managing to get pregnant. They also measured low level of testosterone and a bit on the low level in the emocrome side. I was having heavy period but with iron tablets the situation seems improved.

Not sure what to do at the moment with my thyroid level. My GP is only checking the TSH and it seems ok to him

Which brand was 75mcg and is 100mcg the same brand

Was test done early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Have you had thyroid antibodies tested for autoimmune thyroid disease (hashimoto’s) usually diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies

ESSENTIAL to test vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin

B12 often implicated in acne

Heavy periods frequently results in low iron/ferritin

Have you had full iron panel test for anaemia?

When I was thinner I took 88mcg for 10 years. I know they don't sell 88mcg tablets everywhere so maybe take 75mcg plus half a 25mcg tablet daily. I always end up on in between doses. Even now I have to take 112mcg with my new weight. I don't do well with alternating doses. I also have acne problems and heavy periods when my dose is not right which gave me an iron deficiency so I've been on Thorne iron 100mg every other day.
