I still am not sure how the TSH blood test works. If I go to lab A and get a TSH result of 0.37 and their reference interval is 0.4 - 4, that would be seen as below range. If I go to lab B and their reference interval is 0.35 -5 would that also influence my TSH result or would it stay at 0.37? It would then only NOT be out of range?
I'm fortunate right now to have a healthcare provider who does not use TSH as the be all and end all of thyroid health but I still try to gather as much info as possible (because nothing ever stays the same ).
Thanks for your continued help and support, while I'm trying to figure things out.

Thanks tattybogle. In summary it would not matter if I went to lab B in hopes of having a "better" result, because lab B works with their range which might still put me below. So we are back to the "tricks". Just can't win at this TSH lottery.
different labs can have different ranges depending on their testing equipment. If you are over medicated in one test you’ll probably be over medicated in other test if nothing has changed with your dose.
