just a update have a underactive thyroid continuious sinus issues at least 6 months a year for the last 2 years three months at a time been suffering since nov till the end of jan been on levo 100 9 years upped to 125 year ago still had sinus issues had c scan, mri scan ,allergy tests ,throat scan ,seen a nurologist all clear so the only thing left is my thyroid noone has looked at this had a blood test thyroid ok they said but i wasnt feeling well have to wait 6 weeks for a dr telephone call to discuss issues. on my third round of ammox bought lindens seleuim and zinc on ebay proper company in wakefield reasearched them feel great could be the anti bs or the seluirum and zinc i started them on fri and i feel so different they are for thryoid support ill let you know if my sinuis issues come back if they do then the tablets are not working fingers crossed i have actually cracked it please god .

This sounds great! good for you. I have been taking selenium for a while and just cut down as its quite a high dose, I can't afford to test and check my selenium levels on top of everything else so after 6 months I've dropped to 1 a week instead of one a day. My nails look amazing - so strong!! Glad you have resolved the sinus issue whichever way it happened, thats so good. I solved my ENT drippy nose by raising the bed up and not eating after 7pm, all resolved 😀🌱

me again had to go to docs started feelng off again with pain and sinuises on fri, only had 5 days feeling good so had a emergancy appointment because i asked for more antibiotics had a long and good chat, cried too with my dr i told her that i had reaserched levithyroxine and sinus congestion and pain it said its well documented levo can cause sinuis issues its one of two things undermedicated or grown sensitive to the filllers it takes a long time to happen but my thyroid is badly shrunken its been scanned last year, and ivd been on levo for 10 years my problems started 2 years ago out of the blue i asked my dr could i try tiroset its pure no fillers only levo water and the glcerine outer shell shesaid she will reaserched it she got back to me at 7 at night fri said shes changed my perscription at the chemist and i can try tiroset she has also put a urgent request to she a endo my lab results were fine so she has done bloods for t3 which i asked for which hadnt been done before and i had high blood pressure too so hopefully must be sensitive to the fillers i googled the symptoms on being allergic to levo fillers i had 10 out of 13 side effects hope i have found out why i feel so ill and have constent sinus facial and nose pain i keep you informed what happens my dr anne shaw is my general gp she was amazing .
