Please feel free to make suggestions. But I am positively avoiding things like a single doctor's site where they also sell tons of supplements. They are usually easy to find. And I feel no desire to help increase their profits.

It had an appendix that was lots of links to various general websites.

The links within the text pages have not changed. Relax.

Thanks for your assistance the other night. It was traumatic for me to realise that what I thought would only be kept 'within the family' has now been revealed by a family member (throughout the world (it seems to me) without any thought nor my agreement .

Even the neurologist was shocked when he first diagnosed me and then found out that I was on a forum daily answering queries etc. but the 'lock-dow held things back'.

I am thankful you were able to resolve or delete.
