Hi Clara62!How do you feel on those doses? Do you feel OK or do you have any symptoms associated with being somewhat hyperthyroid?
I never take more than 5 or 10mcg of T3 at once, I would honestly be worried about getting heart palpitations or symptoms of high adrenaline if I took more.
Hi Anglobike, actually I didn't have symptoms of high adrenaline with this dosage, coffee instead gives me that symptom. I can only have a little coffee in the morning. One thing I noticed though it's the thinning of hair, not sure it is due to too much T3. I know that many people prefer small dosages throughout the day. Could be a better option...
I am sorry that you don't do well with coffee, that is a pain, it's such good stuff!
Thinning hair can be caused by so many things, I am wondering if you might be a bit deficient in other vitamins or nutrients? If you are revving up your metabolism with T3, that means you get through your stores of vitamins and minerals more quickly and you may have developed a deficiency in something in the meantime, for example, vitamin A (retinol, not beta-carotene). I am new to the site, so I hope I am not doing this wrong, by the way.
Is there a private-messaging function on here anywhere? I could send you a link to a video about nutrition for hair health.
