Has anyone experienced a Transoral thyroidectomy - what is the recovery compared to the regular surgery?

This research article compares COT conventional open thyroidectomy, with both Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA) & endoscopic thyroidectomy via areola. ENT.

They conclude that recovery & complications are similar in all 3 groups.
