I have some Higher Nature lemon fish oil which has sunflower oil listed which I didn’t realise when ordering.
Is this ok for Hashimotos?

Juanita1957, I don't know of any reason to avoid sunflower oil in supplements. The amount will be small, and you're not cooking with it either, which some people suggest is a bad thing. 🙂
