Just wanting to update on here, had my blood results back from GP and just wanted an opinion as my TSH has gone up slightly and my T3 has gone down in quite a short space of time. I’ll post my results:-
TSH- 1.99 mU/l
T3- 3.7 pmol/l
T4- 14 pmol/l
Folate- 4.2 ug/l
Serum B12- 424 ng/l
Ferritin 71.6 ug/l
Previous active B12 level was 60.

Can you please add the reference ranges for your results, these vary from lab to lab and your GP ranges are likely to be different from your previous Medichecks ranges.
That's a surprise both Medichecks and your GP thyroid ranges are the same (my GP ranges are quite different).
So the results are very similar
TSH now 1. 99 previously 1.67
FT4 now 14. 9 previously 15.3
FT3 now 3.7 previously 4.44
As levels aren't static we wouldn't expect to see the exact same result each time, and I would say the difference is so slight that nothing has really changed.
Ferritin is slightly lower than before.
This B12 test is Total B12 and your previous Medichecks test was Active B12 they are different tests so you can't compare them other than to say it's still on the low side.
Folate is on the low side and it's recommended to be at least half way through range.
I would suggest that you address the low B12 and Folate by supplementing with a good quality B Complex such as Thorne Basic B x 1 capsule or Igennus Super B x 2 tablets. When supplementing with B Complex it should be left off for 7 days before any blood test as it contains Biotin and this causes false results when Biotin is used in the testing procedure (which most labs do).
