I'd appreciate any recommendations anyone has for a private endocrinologist in the Hertfordshire/London area as I've realised I'm not going to get very far with useless GPs. I've got the list from Thyroid UK. If anyone knows someone who specialises in/has knowledge of central hypothyroidism that would be great as I think I might have it but any thyroid specialist will be good.

I hope you can find someone. I am also considering going private. The main instruction I get from the endo at Royal Free was to keep trying to lose weight. I recently asked, what are our options for treating PCOS and hypothyroidism, if I don't lose weight? The doctor didn't have an answer.
