With prescription, check the ThyroidUK website list of pharmacies. You'll need to ring round to find their prices and what they stock.

As Anthea has said, use the link to list of Pharmacies to use with your prescription.As for sourcing T3 without prescription, as we can't name suppliers on the forum I will turn off replies so that no information is posted here and if anyone can help they will send you a private message.
