Yes I have a low t4 too, but my tsh is ok, so I would be interested to know this too and what can be done to make it higher, without suppressing your tsh.
There is a second post from this person where we learn that they are taking thyroid hormone replacement including T3 which explains their situation :
If concerned for yourself suggest you start your own post as everybody's situation is different.
