ANYBODY GOT A CLUE? (Exactly) HOW DOES THIS TRANSLATE? CALLING ALL MATH MAJORS. I know it's trivial but I'M STILL ASKING.

Got it. I'm no Einstein but everyone please remember Einstein had trouble with basic arithmetic even though he did write the theory of relativitiy.

I don't get the Einstein bit - I just posted the first nice, clear explanation I found.

I thought it was nicely presented and typographically well laid out.

Plenty good enough thanks. Peace be upon us all in these anxiety-ridden times.

English translation follows :)

Your Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies (TPOab )are 2 and any number less than 9 is normal.

Your Sed Rate (? no idea what this is for) , is 2 , and any number less than or equal to 20 is normal.

Your Immunoglobulin G ,( again i have no idea ) is 1054 and any number between 603 - 1613 is normal.

Your Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TGab) are less than 1 and any number between 0 and 0.9 is normal.

TPOab and TGab are the antibodies checked to show if the cause of a thyroid problem is autoimmune. Don't know what the other two are for.

Sed Rate = ESR = Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate

ESR is an indirect measure of the degree of inflammation present in the body. It actually measures the rate of fall (sedimentation) of erythrocytes (red blood cells) in a tall, thin tube of blood. Results are reported as how many millimetres of clear plasma are present at the top of the column after one hour. Normally, red cells fall slowly, leaving little clear plasma. Increased blood levels of certain proteins (such as fibrinogen or immunoglobulins, which are increased in inflammation) cause the red blood cells to fall more rapidly, increasing the ESR.

So if my Sed Rate is 2 I take it to mean I have a low(er) degree of inflammation? Thanks for the information & peace be with you in these in these times of worry and relevance.

Yes. Some locations do C Reactive Protein instead but both are generalised inflammation markers.

Got it & much thanks for your time in these anxiety-ridden years. Peace be upon us all, prayerfully and hopefully in this, hopefully, soon over pandemic.
