Just read a post from GG regarding B12

I know that this forum has helped me so much . Using vits b12 , b complex as suggested has given me massive improvement in my symptoms.

When I heard mention of long Covid I wondered how much of the problem with this was already there with these people.

Much of our food , if believe, is poor in nutrition. Along with Vit D I think doctors should start learning about these precious vitamins. Fat chance though . No money in it ☹️

Please feel free to post a new question if you wish. Posts are sometimes missed as it is so busy. Or maybe no-one who read it was able to answer?
