Does anyone have an app they use? I was going to start a spreadsheet but I feel like it might quite quickly get out of control!

This is a great idea, hopefully it can detect patterns based on diet, activity level, etc..
Unorganised data isn’t helpful, organised data can be very insightful.

There are some 'symptom' trackers available but they all seem to be either mood trackers or for a particular focus, i.e. intolerances or sensitivity.
I'm hoping for something rather more general so I can put in all the information and see what, if anything, arises.
