These are my latest results. I’ve been on 3 grains of Armour for about the last two months, before that I was on 3.5 grains of Naturethroid. The only supplement I take is vit D, and I don’t drink any alcohol. I’m waiting for both my hips to be replaced ( delayed due to Covid) so I’m in a lot of pain. Could the inflammation in my hips be causing the high ferritin reading? It’s been slowly rising for the last 18 months to 2 years, which is how long my hips have been really bad. Same for the RT3. I feel well apart from the painful hips and occasional other achy joints. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

Can I just add that I had a full iron panel test two months ago and that was normal. Also, I’ve just discovered I’m allergic to paracetamol! I was taking two before bed for the pain and I developed urticaria. GP advised me to take antihistamines which I did and that controlled it but research on the internet (!!!) suggested paracetamol could be a cause. I stopped them and after about 3 weeks the urticaria stopped. I’m now trying aspirin. Any opinions are welcome regarding my ferritin and RT3. Thank you. 🙂
