Note that 10 milligrams mentioned in one of those links is a much higher dose than most of us would get from any B-complex. Last such I looked at was just 300 micrograms of biotin.

Hi is 3-4 days enough for leaving off biotin? I only ask as i have my blood test on Monday. I forgot to stop and took it on Wednesday morning. Still deciding whether to rearrange the test 🙄

P. S i take igennus super b complex 1x daily

Think the recommendation is at least a week. I usually leave 2 weeks.

OK thanks. It's just that link says 3-4 days but i read on here 7 days is best too
