Hiya, here's a little overview of my bloods and journey so far!
15th July 2019:
TSH 0.02
T4 32
T3 7.9
Vitamins all ok, D a bit low.
Repeated bloods November 2019:
TSH 3.76
T4 11.1
T3 6.6
And again December 2019:
TSH 3.76
T4 11.1

Hashimotos, told I couldn't have levothyroxine but when I said our fertility clinic needs TSH below 2.5 he started me on 25mg levo.
Bloods May 2020 on 25mg Levo and just found out we're pregnant:
TSH 0.02
T4 36
Bloods June 2020 (off levo after last bloods) Now 8 weeks pregnant (total miracle). Now supplementing vit D and taking pregnancy multi vitamins as well as oils and extra strength probiotic. Midwifes tests showed Iron: 14.

Are the latest results better? I've been advised to stay off levo still. Consultant said these are 'completely normal' results but I don't know. I've had 2 miscarriages and almost 5 years of infertility so I'm a little nervous. Another blood test in 6 weeks.

That is just typical of consultants! And, I can never work out if they just don't realise that ranges vary, or if they think that by not giving you the range you won't be able to quibble about the results - in other words, are they ignorant or sneaky? I just don't know. But, the law in the UK says that you are entitled to your full blood test results, and that includes the ranges.
The following link is from the 'parent' of this forum i.e. Thyroiduk.org.uk who oversee the forum. They are in the background doing stellar work in order to try to change the attitudes of the 'experts' of whom the majority don't agree with the result that many have been prevented in rcovering.
Hypo women at times do have miscarriages if hypothyroid, so it is very important that your doctor ensures you have an optimum of thyroid hormones. I shall also give you another link to a USA website, the owner of whom had miscarriages due to being hypo but did have success.
The aim of Levothyroxine is to increase the dose slowly in 25mcg steps upwards until TSH is under 2 (many patients need TSH significantly under one) and most important is that FT4 is in top third of range and FT3 at least half way through range
NHS guidelines on Levothyroxine including that most patients eventually need somewhere between 100mcg and 200mcg Levothyroxine.
