Thai-ndt to Nature-Throid

Hi everybody, my Thai ndt(Thiroyd) stock is gone, so I ordered some nature-throid bcs. it is impossible to get any other Thai-ndt. I was on 4 grain of Thiroyd and for about a week I swap on 2,5 grain NT, knowing that is stronger than Thiroyd. I suppose my dose will be around 3 grain. Everything is fine, I split my doses (1+1+0,5) for the moment but 2 days ago I started having hypo symptoms. So, yesterday I added 1/4 grain to my dose, and today I started to feel better, but my pulse and blood pressure grew up (90-100pulse - 150/90bp), accompanied by symptoms of hypo/hiper(with shortness of breath, anxiety, etc). I do not understand what's going on. I thought I'd take a beta-blocker(Nebilovol) or some naturist Organic Tulsi tea.

If there is T4 in your tabs adding the extra med may be the cause of your symptoms. So for example your body may need additional T3 to feel well but your tabs provide not only T3 but additional T4 which your body may simply be accumulating and therefore making you slightly hyper thyroid. You can be hyper and hypo simultaneously if as described above your body accumulates T4 and cannot use it but on the other hand can use T3 since no conversion is required. (Turning T4 to T3)

The other thing is that if you are not supporting your adrenal glands with Appropriate vitamins minerals and herbs Then often your body cannot tolerate additional thyroid hormone.

I would suggest checking what you might need on an adrenal fatigue website.

However these may help some ppl:-

Magnesium taken at night not with calcium.

Vitamin C taken throughout the day

Vitamin B complex

Separate vitamin B5

Vitamin E mixed tocopherol natural source not synthetic.

Ashwagandha

ThesE support the adrenal glands and much much more; eg magnesium Is required for the body to perform around 350 enzymatic processes, it is vital to muscle function and particularly heart muscle function. It calms the BP too.

Water is vital to take throughout the day.

It maybe that you support your adrenals first 1-2 weeks and then increase your dose of meds.

If that doesn’t work try increasing T3 and reducing T4.

Best of luck.

Thank you. Yes that is true, I think I need more T3. So, I reduced my dose to 2 grain and things began to calm down. I'll see in the next few days but I think I'll need to add t3, or I will try to increase the dose with 1/4. And the adrenal glands are affected I know that, I will work on this aspect.
