Just testing TSH is completely inadequate

There’s no Ft4, Ft3, TPO or TG antibodies

No vitamin D, folate, ferritin or B12

From your other post your full blood count results are normal except for low MCHC. You may wish to discuss with your GP the relevance of a low MCHC with no other abnormal result.

From these results, everything is normal and TSH is in a very good place. However, testing TSH alone is not enough, FT4 and FT3 are also needed.

You do not appear to have had the TPO/Tg antibodies tested which would be for Hashimoto's.

There is no TPO test on that results sheet, have you had them tested with your GP before then?

I can see from the previous post that SlowDragon has linked to that your Medichecks test showed raised antibodies confirming Hashi's, has this result been accepted by your GP?

Even if your Hashi's has been accepted by your GP, currently your TSH will not give you a prescription for Levo. When antibodies are raised, if TSH is also over range, then an enlightened doctor may start treatment with Levo.

As you have PA other autoimmune disease is more likely

Essential to regularly retest vitamin D and ferritin

Have you been supplementing daily vitamin B complex

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
