Whats going on with my blood results

Hello to all, I had some valuable replys to my post regarding vit D and high Ferritin levels yesterday, but wondered if anyone can help tell me what is going on with the rest of my blood results. I had a thyroid check ultra vit by medi-checks done which I printed the results out in yesterdays post. Much appreciate any help as still feeling muscle sore and stiff particularly down left side along with episodes of night sweats, which is causing broken sleep and hot and cold episodes during day. How can I improve my situation ?

Results show vitamin D is too low

Likely B vitamins to

Improving vitamin levels can improve conversion of Ft4 to Ft3

Currently Ft4 is just over top of range

But Ft3 only 56% through range

So poor conversion

Vitamin D

GP will only prescribe to bring levels to 50nmol.

Guidelines give dose is 1600iu per day for 6 months

But improving to around 80nmol or 100nmol may be better

Likely to need higher dose...perhaps 3000iu to improve levels...

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Test twice yearly via vitamindtest.org.uk

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is very effective as it avoids poor gut function. There’s a version made that also contains vitamin K2 Mk7

It’s trial and error what dose we need, with thyroid issues we frequently need higher dose than average

If vitamin D is low, B vitamins may be too.

Night sweats can be low B12

B12 and folate on the low side.

Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast

Igennus Super B complex are nice small tablets. Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks

Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Thank-you Slow Dragon that has become clear to me regarding the poor conversion, I can now put a plan in place to improve my vit levels, to improve conversion without needing to ask for a prescription for T3. Your support is much appreciated.

I have been taking Magnesium phosphate 30c issued by my chiropractor, Homeopathic, I take 4xtabs 3times daily. Do you think I should perhaps look at other types of Magnesium , recommended on this Forum?
