Does anyone know if UniPharma T4 is available in the UK? I have been overseas for a year and using this brand. I’ve been very well on it.

I’ve returned to the UK and have had to switch to Actavis. I feel terrible after a week on this one.

I do not think that Unipharma T4 can be sourced in the UK.

Unipharma do make Levothyroxine. Latest picture I saw it was a brown and white pack with T4 on it whereas the T3 is a pink and white pack.

Yes, thanks Seaside - you are right they do T4 also. I would have thought at the very least we'd be prescribed in the UK through the GP .

I am very unwell on this Activis T4. Got croaky voice, aching all over, it’s hard to breathe in, can’t think straight. I’m very unhappy after being completely well for years.

Have a look at the ingredients of all the brands of Levo in this document provided by ThyroidUK and see if any compare to your Unipharma T4

Be aware that Actavis, Northstar and Almus are all the same tablet, made by Actavis just rebranded for different pharmacies. The exception being that Northstar 25mcg is actually made by Teva.

That document, unfortunately, doesn't yet cover Northstar 25 microgram tablets - at all.

I thought that it might not be quite up to date but I don't know of any other information all in one place. Unless you have a document in Dropbox (never thought to look)
