Has anyone ever tried DE and has had underactive thyroid issues...Is there any negative reaction to levothyroxin when tsking DE

As far as I know, it only really works well when dry, so ingesting it would make it wet and so not effective (although I've read something abut it removing internal parasites in wolves when ingested). Don't see why it would react with levo.

Is that the same stuff that kills ants when they ingest it or crawl on it? It rips them up?

I am on ndt and take DE on and off. Though I do take the DE in the morning on an empty stomach and the ndt at night. No counter effects. DE helps to clean out your intestines amongst other things. Look up therootcauseprotocol.com/ab...

This is an excellent site for a natural recovery of many things. Morley Robbins explains what to stop taking and what to start. DE is in stage 3. There is also a closed group on Facebook the magnesium advocacy group where many people talk about DE.

I've used it on & in critters for fleas & worming, though I believe it's good for IBS I shouldn't think it would cause an adverse effect if taken well away from thyroid hormones, & possibly iron if you take that.

I understand it has a role in treating human parasites but swallowing a sharp substance long term doesn't seem like a great idea. I noted a Practitioner who was taking it lose weight to an alarming degree.
