HRT in the headlines

Is anyone else watching the news reports about the shortage of HRT, women going abroad to source their own and lowering their own dosages to ‘eek’ it out and thinking.... “eh, yeah. Not just HRT!”

I’m actually really lucky and so far have been able to get my thyroid meds on the NHS but I can’t help but watch and think they have no idea 😳
