This may well be a silly question but I can't find an answer in previous posts, so can anybody help?
I'm hypo (Hashi's)and I take my 2 meds at the same time in the morning i.e. with the same glass of water but I'm wondering if I should I take the C3 later on?
(I have read nothing about the calcium or other interactions with cynomel/cytomel)
Thanks

I have always taken my Levo and T3 together, as do many of us here. No problems at all. I do split my dose of T3 so take the second half in the afternoon.
As for taking calcium (which I don't) or any other supplement or medication, I treat T3 the same as Levo as far as keeping it away from everything else is concerned, rather than risk anything affecting its absorption.
I read on here that calcium and calcium containing foods, iron, tea or coffee need to be taken at least 4 hours away from thyroid hormones. Other things an hour or two away. The only thing to take with thyroid hormone, besides water, is vitamin c that helps absorption.
Tea and coffee don't have to contain (significant) calcium - many drink or or the other, or both, without milk. That reduces its capacity to interfere with absorption. Still need a gap because they do interfere.
