Fresh TSH and T4 test

I posted here around 2 months ago regarding my blood tests.

My first test was 20/09/19: TSH 0.01 (0.30-4.20) and free T4 7.2 (9.0 - 19.0).

My second test was 01/10/19: TSH 2.31 (0.30 - 4.2), free T4 6.4 (9.0 - 19.0) and free T3 4.5 (2.6 - 5.7) - secondary hypothyroidism suspected.

My recent test 28/11/19: TSH 1.48 (0.3 - 4.2), free T4 9.6 (9.0 - 19.0) and free T3 5.1 (2.60 - 5.70).

Should I continue get tested every 2-3 months just to keep my eye on it?

Majority of my symptoms are gone.

Would recommend you also retest vitamin levels twice a year, just to check these too
